Tangerine dessert with Nutella
What we will need:
- 150 ml of water
- 8 g yeast
- 2 eggs
- 300 g mandarins
- 50 g butter
- 550 g plain flour
- 1 egg for spreading
- 50 g Nutella
How we will proceed:
1) Start by blending 300 g of mandarin oranges, sugar and eggs.
2) Now mix the water with the yeast.
3) Then add the yeast to the separated tangerine juice. Next, add the softened butter and flour.
4) Make a nice smooth dough and let it rise under a tea towel for 40 minutes.
5) Then process and divide it into 5 equal sized portions.
6) Shape the dough into loaves and place them in a similar baking pan.
7) Brush with egg wash and let rest for 20 minutes.
8) After the time has elapsed, decorate with Nutella just as you see in the picture.
9) Finally, place in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
