A delicious dessert recipe with nuts, cocoa and cream:

What we will need:

Dough:

  • 6 egg whites
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 100 g coconut
  • 100 g nuts
  • 110 g semi-coarse flour
  • 1 pastry bag

Cream:

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • whipping cream
  • 2 pieces of cooking chocolate

How we will proceed:

1) Start by beating the egg whites into stiff snow. In a second bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients for the dough. Finally, carefully fold in the egg white snow. Mix thoroughly and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 190 degrees for about 15 minutes.

2) Continue by whipping the cream until stiff and then place in the fridge.

3) Next, start heating your egg yolks over a low heat and gradually add the remaining ingredients, stirring constantly. Once the mixture has thickened, remove it from the heat!

4) Finally, spread the cream evenly over the walnut pastry and then brush the cream with the whipped cream. We can decorate the top with whatever we like, coconut or grated chocolate or cocoa.
