A delicious recipe for sourdough goodness:
What we will need:
- 500 g plain flour
- 10 g yeast
- 100 g sugar
- 250 ml milk
- 50 m oil
- 1 egg
- nutella
How we will proceed:
1) Start by mixing the flour, eggs, yeast, milk, sugar and oil.
2) Make a nice smooth dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
3) Roll out the dough.
4) Spread Nutella on top of the dough.
5) Now roll the dough on each side, as you can see in the picture.
6) Place the dough in the tin and brush it with the egg.
7) Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
