A delicious recipe for cocoa and cream cheese cheesecakes:
What we will need
Dough:
- 80 g plain flour
- 80 g chocolate
- 70 g sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
Cream:
- 150 g of sugar
- 50 ml sour cream
- 20 ml milk
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
- 1 sachets of vanilla custard
- chocolate for the icing
- 2 tablespoons oil (icing)
How to proceed:
1) Start by mixing the eggs with both sugars. In a second bowl, mix together the cocoa, flour, chopped chocolate chips and baking powder. Mix and add the eggs.
2) Prepare a baking tray and line it with baking paper. Spread the mixture evenly on it. Bake at 150 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
3) Continue with the cream. Make the custard in the classic way. Add half the sugar and bring to the boil over a low heat. Once it cools down add vanilla sugar, the remaining sugar and also sour cream. Mix everything thoroughly.
4) Cut the shell that we took out of the oven into 3 equal parts. Then just assemble in the style of casing, cream, casing, cream casing. Then pour the melted chocolate over the top.
