Recipe for minced meat coated in pastry
What we will need:
- 450 g minced meat
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- salt, pepper
- 400 g puff pastry
- 100 g hard cheese
- egg for spreading
How we will proceed:
1) Cut the puff pastry into 6 equal pieces.
2) In a bowl, mix together the meat, eggs, onion, salt and pepper.
3) Make meatballs like this.
4) Place the balls on the puff pastry and press in a piece of hard cheese.
