A delicious recipe for minced meat coated in pastry:
- 450 g minced meat
- 1 egg
- 100 g onion
- pinch of salt
- salt, pepper
- 250 g hard cheese
- 400 g puff pastry
- egg for spreading
1) Start by cutting the puff pastry into equal sized strips.

2) Mix your meat, eggs, salt, pepper, onion.
