It is good to try something new from time to time. Giving a new recipe a chance is quite rare in our country. And this phenomenon is almost impossible when it comes to a recipe from the category of healthy delicacies. Nevertheless, we decided to show you a recipe for unusual avocado fries, which are not fried, but baked. Here we go!
Baked avocado fries
What we will need:
- 4 pcs avocado
- plain flour
- 2 eggs
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
- cayenne pepper
- oil
How we will proceed:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Halve the avocado, remove the stones, peel and cut into thick slices.
3. Prepare 3 bowls. Put the plain flour in one bowl, whisk the eggs in the second and put the breadcrumbs mixed with salt and cayenne pepper to taste in the third.
4. Wrap the avocado in a classic triple layer and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
5. Bake in a preheated oven for about 10 to 15 minutes.
6. Serve with lemon and dressing to taste.
