Recipe for Hungarian Cheesecake with apricots
What we will need:
Recipe for a 36×26 cm baking pan
- 270 g plain flour
- 190 g icing sugar
- Cooking powder
- 200ml oil
- 150ml milk
- 3 eggs
For the filling:
- 250g cottage cheese
- icing sugar
- 1 egg
- apricots
How we will proceed:
1) Beat the eggs until foamy and add to the mixture at the end.
2) Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
3) Mix 250g cottage cheese with icing sugar to taste and one egg.
4) Drop by spoonfuls onto the pastry and add the apricot halves. Bake at 175 °C for about half an hour.
