The salty slices of beautifully colored, lightly smoked salmon are simply irresistible! This delicacy simply tempts us and attracts the attention of several senses. That’s why today we’re showing you a recipe you’ve probably never tried before – potato pancakes with smoked salmon and sour cream!
Potato pancakes with smoked salmon with sour cream
What we will need:
for potato pancakes:
- 1 kg larger potatoes
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp plain flour
- 3 cloves garlic
- marjoram
- salt, ground black pepper
- vegetable oil for lubrication
on top:
- smoked salmon, sour cream, lemon juice
How we will proceed:
- Clean the potatoes and grate them on a wide grater (or in a food processor).
- Add the eggs, flour, chopped salmon pieces, pressed garlic, marjoram, salt and pepper to the mixture. Mix everything well.
- Place the smaller pancakes on the hot oil with a spoon and fry them on both sides until golden brown.
- Garnish with a slice of salmon, sour cream and a drizzle of lemon juice.
