Sponge cake roll with cream:
What we will need:
- long biscuits
- coffee
- 300 ml milk
- 1 bag of van. pudding
- 80 g sugar
- 150 g mascarpone
How we will proceed:
1. Start by soaking the biscuits in the brewed coffee. Then stack them on food foil. Place them in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2. Start cooking your pudding the classic way over a low heat.
3. Add the mascarpone to the cooled custard and mix thoroughly.
4. Spread the resulting cream over the biscuits and smooth.
5. Using the foil, begin to roll our dessert.
6. Now place the roll in the fridge for 1 hour where it will firm up nicely.
