Sponge cake with cottage cheese:
What we will need:
- 1 bag of biscuits
- 2 curds
- 1 whipping cream
- gelatine
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- juice of one lemon
- any fruit
How we will proceed:
1. Start by mixing the cottage cheese, whipping cream, vanilla sugar, lemon juice and gelatin. Mix thoroughly and add the chopped fruit. Mix again.
2. Prepare the cake tin. Place a layer of sponge cakes on the bottom and drizzle with the fruit juice. Spread some of the curd mixture on top of the biscuits. Followed by the biscuits again and again a layer of curd.
3. The cake can then be decorated with chocolate and tubes, just as in the picture.
4. Finally, place our cake ideally in the fridge overnight.
