Try this recipe for roast meat prepared in a marinade with crispy bacon, cheese and sausage. Roast meat prepared in marinade
What we will need:
- 1,5 kg boneless meat in whole
- 100 g chopped bacon
- 1 stock cube
- 1 onion
- 200 g cheese
- 1 sausage
- 1 red pepper
For the marinade:
- oil
- Hungarian spice mix
- vegeta
- salt
- ground black pepper
- paprika
How we will proceed:
1) Slice the meat in 1.5 cm increments. Mix all the ingredients of the marinade and put the meat in it. Wrap it in foil and let it rest in the fridge overnight.
2) The next day, put the cheese and bacon pieces, the slices of salami and also the vegetables into the prepared notches.
3) Place the meat in a baking dish and pour the stock prepared from the cubes over it. Bake in the oven for about 2 hours and once the meat has turned red, you can serve it with a suitable side dish.
