Turkey breast with mushroom-cheese sauce and gnocchi:
What we will need:
- gnocchi
- 400 g turkey breast
- barbecue seasoning with herbs
- salt, pepper
- potato starch
- sunflower oil
Sauce:
- 200 g mushrooms
- 2,5 tablespoons butter
- spring onions
- pepper, crushed cumin
- seasoning (for grilled cheese)
- 1 rectangle of Apetito cheese
- 250 ml cooking cream
- 1 teaspoon full-fat mustard
How we will proceed:
1) Cut the turkey meat into pieces, add spices (to taste), salt, pepper, sunflower oil, potato starch and mix well. Place in the fridge and let rest (up to a day).
2) Heat a frying pan and fry the meat on it, separating the pieces as they tend to stick together. Roast.
3) Melt the butter in a smaller saucepan, fry the sliced mushrooms in it, then add the sliced spring onions, ground pepper, crushed cumin, spices to taste (don’t be afraid to experiment), be careful with the salt … sprinkle in a small spoonful of flour … after a while pour in the hot water and leave to boil gently.
4) After ten minutes, add the Apetito cheese and allow to melt. Finally, pour in the cooking cream mixed with full fat mustard. Season.
I don’t cook the gnocchi … I put them in a hot pan with a little oil and add a little salt towards the end of browning. We wish you a good taste.
