Today we have prepared a recipe for a really delicious treat that the whole family will love. Don’t hesitate a moment and start preparing. This no-bake sponge cake with peaches – tastes absolutely perfect. Moreover, the preparation is simple and can be done by everyone!
Unbaked sponge cake with peaches
What we will need:
- 2 packs of baby biscuits (cocoa and vanilla)
- 1 peach compote
- 1 litre of whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons icing sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- chocolate chips
How we will proceed:
1. First, prepare the whipped cream. Whip the cream until stiff and gradually stir in the icing sugar. You can also use a whipping cream thickener to make the filling really thick.
2. Take a round cake tin and line the bottom with cocoa biscuits. Drizzle some of the peach compote juice over these and spread with a third of the cream filling.
3. Layer the vanilla biscuits on top of the evenly spread cream, drizzle with the peach juice, spread the peach slices and spread the cream layer again.
4. Repeat this process until you have used all the cream.
5. This should be the last layer. Sprinkle the chocolate crumb topping over the cake and chill the cake in the fridge for a few hours to allow the cookies to soak up the filling and soften.
