
Quick and easy egg soup. Just a few ingredients and you will conjure up such an amazing and super tasty soup that you won’t believe it yourself. Here we go!

Egg soup
What we will need:
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- 4 eggs
- ground cumin to taste
- ground red pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- chives to taste
- spring onions (chives) to taste
How we will proceed:
1. Put the flour in a saucepan and dry fry it. Add the butter and prepare the roux. Add ground cumin to taste and leave to cool.
2. Add the ground red pepper to the cooled stock, stir and slowly add the stock.
3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and slowly add them to the pot. Season with salt and let it cook for about 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Finally, add the chopped chives and spring onions to the soup and serve.
