  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • marjoram to taste
  • crushed cumin to taste

How we will proceed:

1. Pork sauté: peel and finely chop the onion. Heat a small amount of oil in a saucepan and fry the onions in it.

2. Then add the chopped meat and fry briefly to coat the meat.

3. Add salt, ground black pepper, ground red pepper, crushed cumin and soy sauce.

4. Stir, fry briefly and cover with a little water. Simmer until semi-soft.

6. Finally, add tomato paste and mustard to the meat. Mix and simmer briefly.

7. Grate the potatoes on a fine grater.

8. Peel the onion and garlic, chop them finely and put them in a blender.

9. Add 1 egg and mix. Pour this mixture over the grated potatoes, add the second egg, the plain flour and salt, ground black pepper, marjoram and crushed cumin to taste. Mix everything well.
