Crispy homemade bread:
What we will need:
- 500 ml kefir
- 5 g of baking soda
- a pinch of salt
- 600 g plain flour
- vegetable oil 15 ml
- a little milk, kefir, egg (for spreading)
How we will proceed:
1. Start by mixing kefir, baking soda, flour and salt. Mix thoroughly and work into a nice uniform dough, which you brush with oil to make it easier to work with.

2. Let the dough rest, covered with a tea towel, for 20 minutes.

3. In the next step, divide the dough into smaller parts (individual loaves)

4. Make the pancakes, just as you see them in the picture.

5. Use your fingers to poke 3 holes in the pancakes like this. Brush them with a little milk and beaten egg yolk.

6. Bake at 220 degrees for about 18 minutes. Watch!
