
What do you have at home more often? Natural meat or do you prefer fried steaks? If you have a packet of chicken or turkey breast in the fridge, prepare it according to our recipe – specifically, juicy natural chicken cutlets in a spicy sauce. It is very popular in our house!

Chicken cutlets in spicy sauce
What we will need:
- 500 g chicken breast
- salt, ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 KL chilli peppers
- 1 KL crushed cumin seeds
- 500 g chicken stock (broth)
- 1 tbsp fine starch
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 KL cane sugar
- 2 cloves garlic
How we will proceed:
1. Slice the chicken breasts thinly, season with salt and pepper and fry in hot oil (2 minutes on each side).
2. Remove the fried meat from the pan, add the chilli and crushed cumin to the fat and fry for about one minute.
3. Pour in the stock, add the soy sauce, sugar, starch dissolved in a little water and bring to the boil.
4. Return the meat to the sauce and cook, covered, over a low heat for about 20 minutes.
5. Finally, season the sauce with salt to taste and serve with, for example, potato chips or steamed rice.
