If you don’t have time to prepare a long lunch, chicken is worth it. My family especially likes these chicken rolls stuffed with bacon, ham and cheese, which are juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. They only take a few minutes to prepare and anyone can handle the recipe.
Chicken rolls stuffed with bacon, ham and cheese with potatoes
What we will need:
potatoes:
- 700 g potatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt to taste
- parsley
- young onions
chicken rolls:
- 650 g chicken breast
- 8 slices of bacon
- 8 slices ham
- 8 slices cheese
- 8 slices Prosciutto
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- ground red pepper to taste
How we will proceed:
1. Clean, wash and slice the potatoes. Clean and slice the garlic. Boil the potatoes and garlic in salted water for about 15 to 20 minutes.
2. Wash, dry and slice the chicken into thin slices. Gently shred them. Season the slices with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
3. Place a slice of bacon, ham and cheese on each slice. Roll up and wrap in a slice of prosciutto.
4. If necessary, secure each roll with a toothpick.
5. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the rolls on all sides for about 10 minutes.
6. Place the potatoes on plates and sprinkle with chopped parsley and onion. Done!
