Recipe for a savoury cheese strudel:
- 500 g puff pastry
- 150 g mozzarella
- 100 g hard cheese
- 30 ml of oil
- Provençal spices
- salami or ham
- 1 red pepper
- olives
- 1 egg
- sweet paprika
1. Brush the puff pastry with oil, add the spices and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
2. Add the ham. Followed by a layer of cheese slices.
3. Now add the chopped peppers and olives.
4. Roll into a strudel.
5. Place the strudel on a baking sheet. Brush it with egg wash.
6. Sprinkle with sweet paprika.
7. Bake at 18 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
