If you like gingerbread dough, caramel and nuts, these honey-nut balls will be the easiest way to satisfy your taste buds. It’s a no-bake recipe, so you just need the ingredients and you’re good to go!

Unbaked honey-nut balls
What we will need:
For approximately 60 balls we need:
- 300 g gingerbread for grating or gingerbread cookies of your own making
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 Salko caramel
- 200 g butter
- 80 g walnuts
- ground nuts and grated gingerbread for coating
How we will proceed:
1. Grate or blend the gingerbread.
2. If you can only get plain Salko, boil the tin for 2 hours in water.
3. Mix the grated gingerbread (remove a little and leave it for coating) and salko, add softened butter, honey and ground nuts and process thoroughly.
4. Add nuts and honey as needed.
5. Wrap the dough in cling film and leave in the fridge for a few hours to set.
6. Then shape the dough into balls and roll them in a mixture of ground nuts mixed with the grated (ground) gingerbread residue.
7. Let the balls rest and store in the refrigerator.
Good taste!
