Real French omelette

What we will need:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp butter

How we will proceed:

1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them well with a little salt to make a single-coloured mixture.

2. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan and when the butter foam starts to subside, pour in the beaten eggs.

3. Using a plastic fork (so as not to damage the pan), gradually stir the eggs into the centre of the omelette, side to side, until fry consistency. This will form the inside of the omelette.

4. When the eggs have formed a continuous layer on the bottom of the pan, replace the fork with a spatula and carefully begin to roll the omelette from one side towards the opposite side. You can help yourself by tilting the pan to a 45° angle.

5. Transfer the rolled omelette to a plate, garnish with chopped parsley or spring onions and serve.

Good taste!
