Cheesecake with cream:

What we will need:

  • 500 g soft cottage cheese
  • 450 g sour cream
  • 100 g butter
  • 8 eggs
  • 7 tablespoons of plain flour
  • 7 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • lemon zest from one lemon
  • raisins
  • icing sugar (for the top)

How we will proceed:

1. Start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees. Next, line a baking tray with baking paper.

2. In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, cream, butter, eggs, flour, raisins, sugar and also the lemon zest. Mix thoroughly and make a nice dough.

3. Spread the batter evenly on our baking sheet. You can bang the baking sheet a little on the counter. This will get rid of the air bubbles.

4. Now place in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. After the bun has finished baking and cooled down, we sprinkle it all over with icing sugar.
