Homemade neck-end pork in a jar with a simple procedure:
What we will need:
- 1 kg pork neck
- 1 lard
- 5 onions, 5 garlic cloves
- Salt, pepper
How we will proceed:
1. Cut the meat into cubes and fry in lard. When the meat is browned, add salt and pepper and add the rest of the lard so that the meat is immersed in it .
2. Bake in the oven for about 2 hours at 170°. Then add the sliced onion and sliced garlic and return to the oven for half an hour at 150°.
3. Then put into jars. Enjoy.
