Boiled potatoes with garlic and cheese:
What we will need:
- 700 g boiled potatoes
- salt, pepper
- bunch of spring onions
- 115 g mozzarella
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons butter
- a pinch of crushed red pepper
- a teaspoon of sweet paprika
How we will proceed:
1. Cook the potatoes in the classic way.
2. In a frying pan over a low heat, start cooking butter, oil, garlic, ground pepper, sweet paprika. Simmer for a while.
3. Add the cooked potatoes. Fry for 1-2 minutes on medium flame.
4. Add the grated cheese and spring onions.
5. Cover the pan and leave like this for 2 minutes.
