Recipe for chicken thighs with mushroom filling:
What we will need:
- chicken thighs
- onion
- mushrooms
- garlic
- fresh thyme
- eggs
- parmesan
- parsley
- salt, pepper, cumin, sweet paprika, oil
- potatoes
How we will proceed:
1) I first cut the bone with a knife and then broke it out.
2) I sautéed mushrooms, garlic and fresh thyme in the fried onions. Then I added eggs, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper thoroughly.
3) Fill the thighs with the mixture and secure with a skewer.
4) I lightly basted the thighs and baked covered at 120 degrees for approximately 1.5 hours.
5) Then added the salted potatoes increased to 150 and baked covered for approximately another 20 minutes.
6) Finally, I rubbed the chicken with a mixture of salt, paprika, cumin and oil. I added mushrooms to the potatoes, covered everything with whipped cream and baked uncovered on both sides at 220 until coloured.
