Recipe for delicious chocolate puff pastry flowers:
What we will need:
- 2 puff pastry sheets
- Nutella or hazelnut cream
- egg for spreading
How we will proceed:
1. Brush a slice of dough with Nutella and place another slice on top. Cut into slices… one thicker slice, one flower.
2. Cut each thicker slice in half and roll into a spiral.
3. Twist the spiral into a flower and place the second one on top of it.
4. Brush with egg and bake in the oven at 190° for about 20 min.
