What we will need:
Dough:
- 500 g semi-coarse flour
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 250 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
filling:
- 1 kg apples
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 100 g ground almonds
How we will proceed:
1. Start by mixing the flour, baking powder and butter. Add the sour cream and eggs. Mix thoroughly and work into a nice smooth dough, which you wrap in cling film and place in the fridge for a few dozen minutes.
2. Meanwhile, continue with the filling. Grate your peeled apples, and give them a little juicing. Mix with the cinnamon, sugar and almonds.
3. Divide the dough that you took out of the fridge into 2 halves and roll out each half. Place the first slice on a baking sheet that you have greased. Spread our apple filling over the dough and cover with the second sheet of dough.
