A great recipe for homemade crusty bread:
What we will need:
- 700 g smooth spelt flour
- a teaspoon and a half of salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- half a bag of sunflower seeds
- 1 and a half bags of dried yeast
- half a litre of warm water
How we will proceed:
1. Start by simply mixing all the ingredients together to make a nice smooth dough, place in a round tin and leave to rise for about an hour.
2. After this time, brush the dough with oil and sprinkle with seeds.
3. Bake at 180 degrees for approximately one hour.
4. When it is done baking, let it steam under the lid. Then let it cool and you’re done!
