Pork meatloaf with egg

What we will need:

  • 1 kg pork shoulder
  • 2 pcs rolls
  • 8 eggs
  • 6 pcs garlic
  • 2 pcs onions
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 KL marjoram
  • 1 KL salt
  • 1/2 KL black pepper
  • 1 KL ground red pepper
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 2 tbsp plain flour

How we will proceed:

1. Boil 5 hard boiled eggs (10 minutes).

2. Wash the meat, onion and garlic.

3. Cut the rolls soaked in milk and add to the minced meat.

4. Add 3 whole eggs, salt, pepper, paprika, marjoram, breadcrumbs and chopped parsley. Mix everything well.

5. Place half of the mixture on a floured board and put the boiled eggs in the middle. Cover with the other half of the mixture and shape into a roll. Carefully roll each side in plain flour. Transfer them to a baking dish and cover with a little water.

6. Cover them with foil and bake at 180 degrees for about an hour.

7. After an hour, remove the foil, cover with fat and bake uncovered until golden brown.
