Delicious sponge roll:
What we will need:
- 200 g long biscuits
- 150 ml milk
Cream:
- 500 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g butter
- 50 g plain flour
- 200 g Nutella
For decoration:
- 200 g whipping cream
- 25 g dark chocolate
How we will proceed:
1. Begin by soaking the biscuits in milk and start folding them onto the cling film.
2. Start boiling your milk over a low flame. Add the butter and keep stirring.
3. In a bowl, mix together the eggs, sugar and flour. Mix thoroughly.
4. Add the mixture to the milk and keep cooking, stirring.
5. After a while, add the Nutella. Cook and stir for another 15 minutes.
6. Spread the cream over the cupcakes and smooth thoroughly.
7. Now roll up the roll and place it in the fridge for 2 hours.
