Don’t know what to cook for lunch and don’t want to spend too much time in the kitchen? This delicious roll of minced meat, tomato sauce and raw spaghetti will surprise you. Don’t hesitate and start preparing before it’s too late, every novice cook and chef can do it!
Roulade of minced meat, tomato sauce and raw spaghetti
What we will need:
- minced meat – 650 g
- onion – 100 g
- salt
- black pepper
- egg – 1 piece
for the filling:
- spaghetti – 80 g
- tomato puree – 60 g
- mozzarella – 100 g
- barbecue sauce – 40 g
How we will proceed:
1. First, prepare the meat. Mix the minced meat with chopped onion, egg, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
2. Layer this mixture on a piece of cling film and spread it all over.
3. Place raw spaghetti on top, spread with tomato puree, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and roll up.
4. Transfer the roll to a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Then brush with barbecue sauce and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
