Potato-cabbage soup with sausage and parmesan
What we will need:
- 2 pcs homemade sausage (less peppered)
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 pcs garlic
- 4 pcs potatoes
- 1 liter beef broth (broth)
- 2 handfuls of chopped kale
- 250 ml whipping cream
- salt, ground black pepper to taste
- a little parmesan cheese for sprinkling
How we will proceed:
1. Cut the sausage into cubes and place in the bottom of the hot pot. Fry until golden brown, then remove the browned pieces.
2. Fry the finely chopped onion in the fat and later add the crushed garlic.
3. Add the diced potatoes, pour in the stock and water if necessary.
4. Put back the browned sausages, add the chopped kale leaves and cook everything together until the potatoes are soft.
5. Before the end of cooking, add the cream and season the soup with salt and pepper.
6. Serve sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh white bread.
