Delicious cake – If you make it once, you will come back to it very often

This recipe comes in handy whenever a visitor is around the corner and you have no dessert ready. Step by step we present you a great recipe for a delicious cake. If you like to eat sweet things and are a passionate cook or chef, you will certainly be happy with this novelty.

Recipe for a delicious cake:

What we will need:

SPONGE CAKE:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons potato flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • ½ cup powdered sugar

YELLOW:

  • 1 can peaches
  • 850 ml liquid (peach juice + water)
  • 3 peach jelly (I used lemon jelly)

CREME:

  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 500 ml cream 36%
  • 1 full tablespoon of Inka coffee pour 2 tablespoons of boiling water
  • 0,5 cup icing sugar

  • 2 tablespoons 36/30% cream
  • 40 g dark/milk chocolate

Form 24 x 24 cm

How we will proceed:

1. Prepare the sponge: whip the egg whites into stiff snow.

2. Add icing sugar in batches and stir until completely dissolved.

3. Continue mixing, adding one egg yolk at a time.

4. Add the sifted flour mixed with the cocoa and mix the dough with a spoon.

5. Pour the batter onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and place in a preheated oven at 175 °C for 20 minutes.

6. Boil the peach juice with water. Then remove from the heat and mix the jelly thoroughly. Allow to cool and concentrate slightly.

7. Place the sponge cake in a baking dish, secure the rim and dip in the lemon or orange juice. Then arrange the peach slices.

8. Then pour the jelly over and place the pastry in the fridge to set.

9. Whip the chilled cream with the icing sugar until stiff. You can add the cream-fix.

10. Add the mascarpone and mix again briefly.

11. Finally, pour in the cooled coffee and blend to a homogeneous cream.

12. Pour the cream over the firm jelly and smooth the top.
