When you get home from work, you’re hungry but the last thing you want to do is stand at the stove for hours, this recipe for a quick, easy and tasty lunch comes in handy. Try this baked spaghetti. Not only will you enjoy it, but you can also vary the ingredients to suit your tastes and capabilities. Thanks to Martina for the recipe.
Recipe for baked spaghetti:
What we will need:
- 500 g minced meat
- 2 onions
- lard
- tomato paste
- spices (for minced meat, oregano, basil, for pizza, pepper)
- salt
- 1,5 dl water
- 500 g spaghetti
- whipped cream
- hard cheese
How we will proceed:
1. Fry the onion in the lard, add the meat and sauté. Then add tomato puree (I have homemade – I put a whole big jar of 0,3l), spices, salt, pour 1,5 dl of water and let it simmer under the lid.
2. In the meantime, cook spaghetti in salted water to which you have added sunflower oil. Drain and add to the meat mixture, mix well and transfer to a greased baking dish or remoska.
3. Pour the whipped cream over the surface and bake covered in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. In the remosse I preferred to cover with foil.
4. After half an hour add grated hard cheese – to taste. I had Pernštejn cheese and added parmesan cheese to taste. Let it bake for a while – until the cheese melts.
