Creamy dessert with coffee aroma
What we will need:
- Whipping cream 500 ml
- Mascarpone 250 ml
- Semi-soaked biscuits “Pims” 250 g
- Biscuits or biscuits of your choice 200 g
- Butter biscuits for lining the mould 100g
- Biscuits for lining the mould
- Coffee for dipping biscuits
For icing:
- 100 g of cooking chocolate
- 100 g margarine
- 2 tablespoons oil
How we will proceed:
1. Dice the half-soaked biscuits and cut or break up the biscuits or other cookies of your choice.
2. Whip the cream, add the mascarpone and beat to a uniform cream. Mix in the broken and chopped biscuits.
TIP: You can also sweeten with honey.
3. Line a baking tin with foil and line with biscuits, drizzle with coffee and layer the cream with the biscuits. Smooth over the cookies.
4. Finally, melt the chocolate with the margarine and oil in the microwave. Pour over the top of the dessert and chill.
