Pastry pillows:

  • 1 packet of puff pastry
  • 1 pack. 1 vanilla pudding (you can also use pudding without cooking)
  • 300 ml milk
  • 300 ml whipping cream

1. Cut the puff pastry into squares using a rolling pin.

2. Brush with milk and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

3. Whisk the pudding without cooking in cold milk. Whip the cream as well and combine the two masses. You can also make a classic boiled pudding, let it cool and then stir in the whipped cream.

4. Cut the baked dough in the middle. Spread the cream on one half using a pastry bag, place the top of the pastry and you’re done.
