Unbaked sour cream and salsa dessert ready in 15 minutes
What we will need:
- 500 g sour cream
- 1 whipping cream
- 300 g condensed milk (Salko)
- 1 bag – gelatine
- 150 ml water
- long biscuits
- coffee – for soaking the biscuits
For the icing:
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 160 g chocolate
How we will proceed:
1. Whip the whipping cream into a whipped cream. Whip the sour cream with the condensed milk and whipping cream. Do not wash the bowl that the condensed milk was in, pour the coffee into it first.
2. Let the gelatine swell in a little water and then heat it on the flame until it dissolves.
3. Pour 1 cup of instant coffee into a bowl with condensed milk and sweeten with condensed milk.
4. Prepare a baking tin.
5. Lightly dip the biscuits in the coffee mixture and place the soaked side on the bottom of the tin. Stir the melted gelatine into the cream and layer some of it on top of the biscuits. Then add the soaked biscuits and the rest of the cream.
Top with the chocolate glaze that you have melted in the cream.
6. Allow to set and serve.
