What we will need:
Dough:
- 370 g plain flour
- 10 g salt
- 7 g yeast
- 1 egg
- 180 ml milk
- 50 g butter
Filling:
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 100 g soft butter
- 50 g parmesan cheese
- 20 g parsley
- 70 g mozzarella
- 70 g hard cheese
- 20 g mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 20 g sesame seeds
How we will proceed:
1. Start by mixing the milk, sugar and yeast. Stir and let rest for 15 minutes under a towel.
2. Next, add the melted butter, salt and eggs. Stir again.
3. Now add the flour and make a nice smooth dough.
4. Let rise under a towel for 60 minutes.
5. Once our dough has risen, divide it into 2 halves. Roll out each half of the dough on a floured rolling pin into the same shape and size.
6. Now in a bowl, mix together the melted butter, parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic. Mix thoroughly.
7. Now spread the garlic mixture on the first part of the rolled out dough. Thoroughly smooth the first part of the dough.
8. In the next step, mix mayonnaise, grated hard cheese and mozzarella cheese in a second bowl.
9. Make a ball like this.
10. Place the cheese ball in the center of our dough and cover with the second oval of dough.
11. Using a small bowl, smooth evenly.
12. Now, cut each part.
13. Roll each portion of dough into a propeller.
14. Finally, brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
15. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
