What we will need:
- 400 g natural yoghurt
- 4 eggs
- 100 g crystal sugar
- 50 g cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
How we will proceed:
1. Start by separating the egg whites from the yolk.
2. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until foamy.
3. Add the yogurt, cornstarch and baking powder.
4. Mix thoroughly until it forms a thick foam.
5. Now, whip the egg whites until they form a thick snow and carefully add them to the egg yolk mixture.
6. Mix thoroughly again. Now carefully spread into the cake tin that you have lined with baking paper.
7. Bake at 170 degrees for approximately 50 minutes. After baking and cooling, decorate with icing sugar.
