A delicious recipe for cream cake with BeBe:
What we will need:
- 300 g biscuits
- 120 g butter
- 300 ml whipping cream
- 300 ml milk
- 130 g icing sugar
- 15 g van. sugar
- 80 g vanilla-flavoured cream mixture
How we will proceed:
1. Mix the BeBe cookies.
2. Mix with melted butter. Mix.
3. Layer in the bottom of the cake pan and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream, vanilla, vanilla sugar, powdered sugar and milk.
5. Layer the resulting mixture on the biscuit base and smooth thoroughly.
6. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. After taking out, decorate with cocoa.
