A fantastic creamy chocolate dessert:

What we will need:

For the dough:

  • 6 egg whites
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g coconut
  • 1 tablespoon flour/smooth
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 ml milk

For the chocolate cream:

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 100 g sugar
  • 200 g butter
  • 300 ml liquid whipped cream
  • 300 g chocolate

Decorating chocolate:

  • 200 g chocolate pudding


  • 150 g biscuits
  • 100 ml milk

How we will proceed:

1. Whisk the egg whites with the sugar and then stir in the coconut, flour and baking powder.

2. Pour this mixture onto a baking sheet with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.

3. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and heat in a water bath until the mixture starts to set. Once cooled, stir in the butter. Mix the chocolate with the whipping cream and stir into the yolk mixture.

4. Divide the crust in half and add half of the cream to the first part. Place the biscuits soaked in milk on top. Then add the rest of the cream and the other half of the batter.

5. Finally, prepare the cream according to the instructions on the packaging and decorate the surface of the cake with it. You can also add grated chocolate.

6. Allow the cake to set in the refrigerator before serving.
