Recipe for a soft and fluffy cheesecake:

What we will need:

  • 1 packet of biscuits
  • 1 kg cottage cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1.5 cup milk
  • 1.5 cup milk powder
  • 2 cream puddings

Top:

  • 100 g white chocolate
  • 50-60 ml 30% cream

Mould 24 x 24 cm

How we will proceed:

1. Beat the egg whites into stiff snow.

2. Beat the egg yolks with the icing sugar until fluffy.

3. Then add the cottage cheese and mix until you get a smooth mass.

4. Pour in the custard and mix again briefly.

5. While stirring, add the oil in a thin trickle and then the milk.

6. Then slowly pour in the milk powder and stir until smooth, homogeneous.

7. Finally, add the egg whites and mix gently but very thoroughly.

8. Spread the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper and pour the curd mixture. Place the cheesecake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for 60 minutes.
