What we will need:
- 400 ml milk
- 400 ml 35% sour cream
- 100 ml condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 5 tablespoons of plain flour
- 80 g crystal sugar
- 100 g butter
- a pinch of vanilla flavouring
How we will proceed:
1. Start by heating the milk, sour cream and condensed milk over a low heat. Then add the flour to the hot mixture and mix well. We must not form lumps!
2. Once the mixture starts to boil so remove from the heat and add the egg yolks that you have whisked with the sugar. Stir well and return to a low heat and continue stirring until the mixture thickens.
3. Once the mixture has thickened remove from the heat and allow to cool. Once the mixture has cooled, add the softened butter and then just stir until the mixture is the perfect creamy consistency.
