Step by step we present you a great recipe for a delicious cake with a thick chocolate mass and cream. Whether you enjoy your afternoon coffee alone or invite friends over, the sweet spot in this tasty dessert will be appreciated by all.

Recipe for a delicious cake with a thick chocolate mass and cream:

What we will need:

SPONGE CAKE:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons potato flour
  • 2 tablespoons dark cocoa

CHOCOLATE CREAM:

  • 2 chocolate puddings
  • 80 g milk chocolate
  • 750 ml milk
  • 200 g soft butter

CHOCOLATE CREAM:

  • 330 ml 30% cream
  • 2 cream markers
  • 0,5 cup icing sugar

+ 0.5 cup of tea to soak the sponge cake (my earl grey)

+ 1 packet of biscuits

+ 1 glass of strawberry jam

+ decorations

 

How we will proceed:

1. Whip the egg whites into a stiff snow.

2. Gradually add the sugar and stir until dissolved.

3. Add 1 egg yolk and stir constantly.

4. Add sifted flour mixed with cocoa and mix thoroughly.

5. Pour the batter onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and then place the sponge in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

6. Prepare the custard: whisk the custard powder in a glass of milk.

7. Boil the rest of the milk with the chopped chocolate, then add the whisked custard powders and simmer over a low heat, stirring constantly, until a thick custard forms. Then let the pudding cool.

8. Beat the softened butter with a mixer.

9. Add the cooled custard with a spoon and stir until a smooth, uniform cream is formed.

10. Soak the sponge with the tea and brush with the cream.

11. Place a layer of biscuits on top of the chocolate cream.

12. Spread a thin layer of jam (in my case strawberry jam) to form a second layer.

13. Prepare the cream cream: start mixing the cooled cream. Then gradually add the icing sugar with the cream-fix and stir until the cream is stiff.

14. Put the cream on top and let the cake cool. Before serving, decorate with, for example, grated chocolate.
