Once you’ve tasted this yummy treat for the first time, it’s guaranteed to become a staple in your repertoire. At least that’s the way it is at home. There’s only one thing easier than making this delicious bun, and that’s gorging yourself on these slices.

A delicious recipe for cocoa puffs topped with coconut:
What we will need:
Dough:
- 200 g semi-coarse flour
- 200 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml oil
- 100 g sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 1 sachet of baking powder
Cream:
- 7 tsp butter
- 1 l milk
- 150 g sugar
- 200 g coconut
How we will proceed:
1. Start with the cream. Start by heating the milk over a low heat, add the sugar and butter. Keep stirring until the mixture is stiff. Then set aside and let cool. When cool, add the coconut.
2. Now the dough. Simply mix all the ingredients for the dough. You can use a whisk. Then divide the dough into 2 halves.
3. Prepare a baking tray which you line with baking paper. Place the first half of the dough on the baking sheet. Bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
4. After removing from the oven, spread the dough with coconut cream and cover with the second dough. Then place back in the oven.
5. Bake for another 25 minutes or so. Once removed and cooled, garnish with coconut.
