Instant Chicken China in 20 minutes

What we will need:

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 can of corn
  • Canned mushrooms
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Chinese pepper
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt, black pepper to taste
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of cornstarch (Solamyl)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Oil

How we will proceed:

1) Preparation of the meat: Wash, clean, and slice the chicken breasts into strips. Season the meat with Chinese pepper, pepper, ginger, and cornstarch. Mix thoroughly to coat the meat.

2) Vegetables: Cut the onion and bell pepper into strips.

3) Frying: Heat oil in a deep pan, sauté the onion, then add the chicken meat. Once the meat is browned on all sides, add the vegetables, mushrooms, corn, soy sauce, and a little water. Stir in curry and crushed garlic.

4) Simmering: Mix everything and let the vegetables soften for about 10-15 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt or chili to taste.

5) Serving: Best served with rice.
