Cheesecake with strawberries: just pour the batter on the baking sheet and add fruit!

Ready in a few minutes and very tasty! This is today’s light cheesecake bubble with strawberries. It can be made with any seasonal fruit, but since I had some cottage cheese in the fridge that was running low, I had to come up with something quick. I chose this strawberry bubbly and let me tell you, it was delicious!

What we will need:

for the batter:

  • 3 eggs
  • 200 milk
  • 200 ml oil
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (250 ml)
  • 2 cups semi-coarse flour (250 ml)
  • 1 packet baking powder

curd filling:

  • 1 cottage cheese
  • 1 small egg
  • powdered sugar

How we will proceed:

  • Mix the dough (first the egg and sugar, then the liquid ingredients gradually, and finally the bulk ingredients) and pour it onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place any fruit you like on top of the pastry (more acidic fruits are also good, in this case strawberries).
  • For the cream filling, just mix the cottage cheese with the egg and sweeten to taste – you can also add 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream.
  • Layer the curd filling between the fruit with a spoon. Place in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes. Done!
