Meat roll with cheese, sour cream and herbs

  • 80 dkg chicken breasts
  • 20 dkg bacon
  • 15 dkg grated cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley to taste
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons of plain flour
  • 2 eggs

1. Cut the meat into small cubes. Salt and pepper, season and leave to rest. Mix the sour cream with the eggs, flour, salt, pepper, parsley and 10 dkg grated cheese.

2. Add the chopped meat to the mixture. Line the roe loin tin with bacon so that the edges stick out.

3. Fill them with the meat mixture. Place the protruding edges on top of the meat mixture.

4. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 40 minutes. Finally, sprinkle them with cheese and finish baking to melt.
