Crispy and Golden Fan-Shaped Potatoes Stuffed with Ham and Cheese
What we will need:
- 1 kg new potatoes
Mix for spreading:
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried ground garlic
- 1 teaspoon red sweet paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Filling:
- ham slices – as needed
- cheese slice – as needed
How we will proceed:
1. Make small incisions in the new potatoes, but not completely in a fan shape, and place them nicely next to each other on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
2. Mix for spreading: Pour olive oil into a bowl, season with salt, dried ground garlic, red sweet paprika, black ground pepper, and dried parsley – mix well.
3. Spread the resulting mixture over the whole potatoes and inside, then bake in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes at 200°C until golden brown and crispy.
4. After baking, remove the baking sheet with the potatoes from the oven and fill them alternately with cheese slices and ham slices, then return to the oven for 5 minutes.
